Problem:
The business does not have any market
problems. The business is managed by the shop owner women and her
husband.

Their is
no seperated management system between the partners (the women has
skills in managing and her husband is agricultural adviser).

The
diversification of the business - selling of seeds and pesticides,
representation of machines and agricultural tools - undertakes
problems in the management and accounting system.
Solution:

Seperate
the management system and the technical system of the business. The
women will be occupied by managing and accounting, her husband by
technical and agricultural interventions.

Seperation
in the accounting system of the machinery representation and the
other activities.
Action:
The facilitator allready advised the
owners in this sense and they agreed.
If necessary, a local expert will give
advises in accounting and business management and propose a appropriate
accounting system.
The local expert will be paid by the
national fund for expert interventions by the ATE agency.
