policy dialogue, the first step should be to collect all PSD related
laws and regulations by hardcopy or electronic means: Business laws,
taxation, proclamation for the Chamber of Commerce, rules for business
registration and licensing, import-export regulations etc. Only after
getting the complete list of laws and regulations but also of official
sector strategie papers you may start to get an overview on the national
PSD related legislation.
